Refunds:

All sales are final. All purchases are in United States of America Currency. We’re sorry, but we are not able to give any kind of refund. As soon as an order is placed, your giveaway entries are submitted right away into our system. Refunds may result in inaccurate entries. We do apologize.

Exchanges:

Any item you would like to exchange for another style, size, or any other reason must be in unworn, unused, unwashed and brand spankin new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping any item or items back to Veritas Guitars and all shipping cost associated. Product may be exchange for any item or items of equal value. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

If you receive and item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
